When someone tries to send me an email they get this response: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: luiz@outled.tv.br Technical details of permanent failure: DNS Error: 87790340 DNS type 'mx' lookup of outled.tv.br responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: outled.tv.br I can send emails, but other people can't send me any. What should I do?

Hello guys , I am unable to create an Alias(super admin ac) under a name that has been earlier used as a group email . I am getting the error message " xyz@domain.com cannot be aliased to user account, it can only be added to group." . I have already deleted the group. My Second problem is related to an auto created alias id : random.number@NewlyVerifiedDomain.com . I suppose this random id comes from when i deleted xyz@OldSubDomain.com , so xyz@OldSubDomain was assigned to random.number@NewlyVerifiedDomain.com

Possible Bug In Zoho Mail App 2.0 - Reply from notification screen
Hey Guys, Congrats on Mail app 2.0! I noticed that when I swipe to an email message from the notification screen on my iPhone and click "reply", the sender field is blank and subject becomes "null". Delete account with unverified domain
Hello. I tried the HTML domain verification, but when I hit the Verify button on the resulting page, the web page hung and did nothing. For that reason, I don't want to use Zoho's services. I've looked through the forums and found several ways of deleting my fledgling account, but all of them seem to assume that the domain has been verified. How can I delete my account without adding a domain? Thank you.

Emails from certains ip addresses are bouncing back
Our main supplier's emails are bouncing back to them. Their IP addresses are as follows: 88.208.247.32 88.208.246.71 We haven't received emails from them for the past week. Can you look into this and find out why only these ip addresses are not coming through to us? Thanks
Multiple accounts not downloading email on app
I have multiple accounts configured on my id on Zoho. There are 3 on one domain and the 4th is on a different domain. I am not able to download the emails for all of them on iOS or Android app unless I log onto the desktop on the main account. Once the mails are downloaded there, they show up on the mobile app's also. Please help!

Request: Chrome Extension: send with Zoho Mail or save to Zoho inbox
So I've been shifting my email over from a couple Gmail accounts into 1 Zoho Mail account over the past month. It's gone well, but one of the things that I miss from Google is the Chrome extension that allows me to send a web page link from my email account. The newest extension also allows me to simply save the page to my email inbox. I would love to see this available for Zoho Mail.

Zoho tells me the domain name is already registered.
We have a website with the domain name skaneland.org. My co-worker was going to create an Zoho email linked to the domain name. His secretary deleted the email he received from Zoho. Now he does not know the email and the password. He created this new Zoho email instead. When I try to link this new Zoho email to the domain name it says: "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho". I think the domain name is probably registered with the old old Zoho email. What can we do?

Hello, When trying to migrate an IMAP email-account from strato.de to Zoho I keep getting the error-message "Unable to connect to the server" when adding an account to a migration. I learned from earlier posts that this might indicate an issue with the SSL-certificate on the IMAP server that you are migrating from. Could somebody from Zoho have a look what is causing the issue?
