SMTP Connection to Wordpresss failing
I am trying to connect response forms from my Wordpress website, using the Pirate Forms plugin, however the SMTP is not working. I have tried using Postman STMP, an assistance plugin for STMP, but it showed no service at the smtp.zoho.com:25, which may or may not be the problem. There may be ways to fix this in the control panel, but i don't know them. Any advice would be appreciated, and clarification questions are welcome.

i have sent emails from jkernes@certecinc.com to jmehta@certecinc.com and they do not arrive. i can recieve them from jmehta@certecinc.com be he cannot recieve my emails. I sent jmehta one through a different email account (AOL) and jmehta recieved it.

Hello, I want to delete my primary account erick@siziki.com ... How do I send e-mail to a pre-defined list of addresses?
I feel like I'm missing something very obvious. I found the "Groups" feature, but can't figure out how it works. I can add addresses, but don't see any way to send them all an e-mail. Is this the right way to go? Trying to type the group name in the "To" for an e-mail does not work. Or is there something else, such as a mailing list feature, that I haven't figured out yet? How do I set up a mailing list? That is, if I have say 5 addresses I send to frequently, how do I set it up to do that? I tried looking at groups but it does not appear to be what I want. I could not figure out how to e-mail to the group, and also it appears than when adding an address, it sends an e-mail and asks the user to join the group. How to reset password when locked out of account
Hello Zoho, I need to reset my password for my admin account after being locked out. Using the "password reset" does not work because i cant access the account (explain how thats supposed to work). We had a company user bijay@starbic.com that was linked to a Zoho CRM account. We recently move our emails to Zoho but where not able to add this user. We then remove the user from the CRM account and then added the user to the domain email user. Now the user is listed under the Mail Accounts.
