"Unauthenticated email" report reflected by Gmail
Hi, I have a email with zoho with the domain name brandkioskindia.com, when i send a mail to gmail id it shows a message " Gmail couldn't verify the brandkiosk.com actually sent this message (and not a spammer). Plz suggest why this problem is and plz resolve. I am attaching Show original mail as well. Regards Amit
MIgration from Gmail
Iam not able to migrate a gmail account to ZOHO, it keeps telling user incorrect when i entered the correct details and i tried both pop and imap. Please support. POP and IMAP are both activated in my gmail account. Kindly note that i was able to successfully import from another pop address, i have problem only with gmail account importing. Thanks Smith

2 Factor Authentication and Outlook on iOS
Hi Guys, I use Outlook on iOS and have 2 factor authentication turned on in my Zoho account. Most of the time, despite generating lots of app specific passwords, I can't get myself logged in. On the odd times I do, this logs me out of another iOS device, even if I am using a completely different app specific password (I have tried this many times to prove it to myself). I now have a nice new iPad Pro, but can't get my work email on it! Any ideas anyone? Thanks Simon

Hi, i registered a domain (life.org.ng). I tried creating email info@life.org.ng so i can start domain verification process. I have already changed the MX records on my server. But when i try logging to my mail, it says A verification mail was previously sent to info@life.org.ng which I do not have access to, i.e. the email address which I was trying to log in with. This is a major huge flaw in zoho mail. This is putting me off. I will appreciate your help Regards

Hello I been facing problem sending emails to specific domain such as @himalayanjava.com @levoltaireomaha.com I have to reach out to people on daily basis to those domain users. Hi, emails I send from my Zoho webmail account (dan@scenera.co.uk) send. But do not deliver. I have tested with a range of recipients. Outlook 2013 not downloading mails
Hello! I am using Outlook 2013 which was working fine for half a year with my zoho custom email account. Now it Outlook doesnt downlaod messages anymore. I also have a hotmail acount and that one works fine and Outlook is donwoading messages frome there. I recdtnky installed AVG AntiVir, but the download still does not work when I switch AVG off. Hi, The emails that I sent from my Zoho email keep going into recipients' Spam folders. I have a strong feeling that this is because of DKIM / SPF.
