Hello! I just noticed that my Zoho mail account is not receiving any incoming mail. When I logged in online, it said the last new message was received 5 days ago. I am not receiving any error messages and I can send out mail just fine. This is the first time I have encountered a problem like this. I am not exactly sure what's going on since I am not receiving any error messages when I try to send or receive mail. Any ideas what could be going on? Thank you!

Hi From today i can't receive any emails from gmail, hotmail, yahoo, proton, etc.... I can receive only from internal email zoho addresses.. There is no way to receive from outside any email and there is no errors about sending the email to zoho email but there is never coming.... All the records are fine as i am using the service for half a month now with no issues and no DNS changes are made and nothing related change... Please check it... Thank you

Emails not getting delivered
I am a new user. I tried configuring my emails and tried sending test emails to my newly created account. I am not able to send and it comes as "Recipient address rejected: user does not exist". Can someone let me know the reason? Or do I need to do something extra to get the emails working? Thank you.

Hello, I like how Gmail, Thunderbird, KMail, etc. they all auto-wrap lines at 78 characters. It makes email more readable and look clean. Cannot create an alias.
I'm trying to add an alias to my own account, I am the Super Admin and the only users for the domain. I'm following the directions as noted here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/email-administration.html#alink1 Though there is no screenshot of the 'Add New Alias' button/link I'm rather certain I'm in the right spot. Subfolder keep disappearing
I have several very important subfolders that have been active for months. All of the sudden they are gone. I can "search" emails using the folder name and will get most emails within the folder. But cannot access or see the folder. When I create a new subfolder, it also does not show in my folders lists. I need these subfolders!!
