Can't Add .lk domains
Dear Sir / Madam, I have already user of your free zoho mail plan. And i want to add my .lk doamin to it ( www.hellowebdesigner.lk ) . But when i try to add domain name, zoho says "Sorry! Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml etc., are not supported." But .lk domains are not free domains. Please help me to fix. Thanks, K Sent using Zoho Mail

Hello, I am working with a client that is not receiving her email to her mail account. Certain emails will appear (direct from certain other email addresses) but she has a contact form that upon submitting, it does not appear in any of her mailboxes. Does not appear in her spam or anywhere. When we change the email address in the form to another email, it appears right away, so we know it is not the form issue. Hello, We are an organization using the Free plan as of now. Currently we are 3 users and we need to send emails to multiple media persons on a very frequent and regular basis. I want to know what is the limit on number of emails and on number of recipients per user that we can send each day. Also can one user send more if the other user is not using his/her full quota in a single day. Also is there any way to increase the number of sending emails per user and by how much it would be increased.

Can I simply block emails that fail SPF authentication instead of them going to the spam folder?
I implemented SPF authentication a couple of months ago, and it's working well.. I see emails on a daily basis in my spam folder that claim to come from my own or other email addresses in my domain. The headers show a "SoftFail" for failing the SPF checks (ie, they did not originate from my registered servers). All of these emails contain virus or malware attachments. I was hoping there was a way to simply reject them outright instead of accepting them but putting them into my Spam folder for me
Cannot delete domain - want to add another domain instead

Hello, I created a user under my account Verydrone in zoho and ssociated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. The email I created was info@verydrone.com How can this be corrected ? I have this same issue with contact@verydrone.com that I can't use. It is added as a secondary email to my accout bardybenjamin@gmail.com

Email Address in Group Being Disabled for no Apparent Reason
We use Zoho Mail Groups to do some basic forwarding of email for some members of our organization who don't need full mailboxes. Zoho mail does not handle umlauts, as they occur e.g. in the german language, properly, when using plain text mails. Example for umlauts are: ü, ö, ä. Zoho calendar and Zoho Event integration - Look ups broken again..
Since yestrday, 18.5.16 the look up link between zoho mail and zoho crm events is not working again. This has happened before some months ago and the problem was zoho end and you did fix it. (You should have the records to refer to). The pop up panel to select the lead or contact... pops up and when you select with the hand, nothing happens!! Greetings, We have a problem with our domain. Everyone is complaining about getting these messages. It's very annoying, it's not classified as SPAM, but it got nothing but weird stuff. We cannot control it from our side, getting weird messages from your own email or with your email as sender is really suspicious. I don't really know how to solve that but it needs to be done from Zoho's side. Sometimes we even receive from addresses we didn't even create on our domain. Thank you. Ali B.
