Hi, Some mail queue got automatically processed through some cron and got my sender address blocked. "Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" Please unblock the same. Also, 1 day has passed, so the limit should be revoked? I have cleaned up the mail queue now.

I have been regularly using my email and it has all of a sudden been labeled as "inactive." I cannot access it on the zoho website nor is it registering through my phone as it advises my credentials are not recognized and to follow up with the server. This is my business email. Help?

Trying to setup my email address to work in Outlook. I could not get IMAP to work so I am trying POP. Group Email
Hello I have a quick question, is there a way for me to create a group that'll i'll be sending emails to weekly and not display each member of the groups email in the process of emailing all of them at once? I'm not sure if that makes sense if so any help is appreciated
Group Email Replies
When setting up email groups, my understanding is that all members of the group won't see replies unless the group is cc'd. Why is this and is there a fix for it? Having a group where all members don't get all replies isn't very helpful. If the group is set up for general inquiries from the public, how will each group member know if an email has been responded to? CC'ing the group to make this work does not look very professional. Is there another option that can achieve this?

Cannot access search function for mail on mail.zoho.com
My search function seems to be disabled since yesterday, and is no longer allowing me to search for any keywords whatsoever. I am showing just one keyword below, however I cannot get any results with any search terms at all. Here are all the settings I am aware of to configure search parameters: What has changed? Why can't I access the search function on my email any more?

Email delays yet, again! Really? 3 hours on two of them. Can't believe we're paying for 17 accounts for such unreliable service. What's going on? I guess that's a pointless question because you probably don't know or don't care enough to know or fix it. This has been going on for a long time. Hello, We have created an account to user support. We sell tickets for soccer games in Brazil, and today we have received a lot of emails about this game. I can't answer the clients because I receive the error "mail rate exceed limit'. With this limit, is not possible to my company to use Zoho as we receive tons of mails per day.

Have BIG problems recieving mail
My gmail account which forwards email to zoho is now show zoho rejecting my email. I am finding big delays in receiving password resets or never receiving email. I see zoho reporting a policy error, but that is sooo useless. How about telling me how to resolve the issue. Hi, i just started to use Zoho Mail and i like it very much but i have a problem.
