The MX Records problem
I've changed MX records on my providers page but got this message "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. And I cannot receive emails. How can you help. May be I need to wait? With other account in Saturday I have no problems with it, all was fast. Thank you

I have just noticed I am not receiving any emails - the last mail that came to any of the inboxes was on Wednesday. When I check my mail with my original host I can see messages from today and yesterday - whats happening? New User - Cant verify
I created a new email thru our host (Doteasy), however this email is not receiving any mail because my email service is already pointing to ZOHO. So when I created a NEW USER for ZOHO; I have to authenticate & verify the email account first, by clicking the link in the Zoho on-boarding email. But my emails are not going anywhere because we have already pointed the MX record to zoho. How can I verify my new user?

Mail loading very slow
Hi, I am finding that, when I click on a folder, mail is very slow to load. I am using the web interface in Chrome both on my laptop and desktop and finding the same behaviour. I have emptied all emails from my inbox so it is empty and that didn't help. Is this to do with mnaintenance and can you tell me when it might be back to normal service? Are others seeing the same behaviour? Thanks! Phil

Cannot add Host code in Wix

domain verification
Hi, my domain was verified since last May. for some reason at the domain manager (GoDaddy), the CNAME and MX rows of Zoho disappeared. I cannot get the zb code in order to re enter the data again to my domain hosting since at Zoho mail control panel my domain is verified could you pls locate me how to overcome this? Thanks Ronen
Can send email via alias but not main email address
Hi guys, hope somebody can help me with this! I've just joined Zoho Mail, and am having trouble with this new account. My business (djsoundandlight.co.uk) has two email addresses, info@ and sales@. I've set up an account with Zoho as info@, and have added sales@ as an alias, so that I have the same inbox for both email addresses. Hello, I have a form on my website with my Zoho e-mail and it's not working. If I change the e-mail to my Gmail account this works perfect. Of course, I checked the SPAM folder and rest of the folders and nothing there. Do I need to active/deactivate something to be able to receive e-mail from contact forms or something like that? How to create a user without a mailbox ?
Hi, Suppose that I have a normal user account dropbox@mydomain.com with its own mailbox, I want to create two individual users abc@mydomain.com and xyz@mydomain.com but they don't need to have separate mailboxes I want them to act like email aliases but with a different password for every alias, so that when I use them in any of my programs I'm not leaking out my main admin password. I can create separate users but I don't need all those mailboxes. Is there any way to do this ?

At this moment I fight spam with manual filters, because zoho antispam catched many false positives. Still having problems with IMAP
I reported this issue yesterday but the problem still exists. I use IMAP through Outlook 2007 for my email. I am able to send emails but I cannot receive them through IMAP. I get the following message: "A connection to the server cannot be established. Imap.zoho.com is now in offline mode." Why does it appear that Zoho is not looking into this problem?

Issue sending and receiving mail using imap
I have recently added the mx settings and it looks like imap is blocked for me. I am unable to send and receive using imap and I get the username/password error on both my mac and iphone. I can access my mail via the ios app and via web browser with no issues.

Hi, I cannot speak of paid service, but we recently migrated from Yahoo Small Business, and we are experiencing email delivery failure on daily basis. Free users do not mean they are not important, a lot of the free users are part of running companies, and a reliable email system is the core of their business. Olá, eu notei que de alguns dias pra cá, o idioma Português (Brasil) deixou de traduzir os botões e menus do Zoho, somente os textos. Isto não causa muito problema, mas achei bem estranho pois se eu troco para o Português (Portugal), está tudo certo, mas como algumas palavras são muito especificas, preferia que o idioma do meu país voltasse a funcionar como antes. I have defined a mail policy stating that eg.*.txt files are allowed.
