Domain Verification Failed
Have been waiting for the whole afternoon, but the domain verification is still failed. Really negative for starting using Zoho mail... I have double checked again and again my settings in the TXT and CNAME records, which are surely correct. My domain is meetculture.com. Please help.

Pls help me out, I'm a complete novice in this. I wanted to authenticate my email but i dont know how to go about it. Do i suppose to do it in the domain Cpanel? From my Cpanel, I saw 'Simple DNS Zone Editor and Advance DNS Zone Editor'. Please i just need a way out. Thanks.

indicate emails i've replied to
Hello all, I'd like a way of knowing quickly which emails i've replied to. Is there an icon or something? Something like what Apple Mail does (see attached). Having the conversation number is useful but if the conversation gets large I have no way of telling whether i've replied to it unless I go into the email and have a look. This can be really time consuming. Also, I know I can flag emails so I could do it manually, but again with the number of emails I have to deal with it would be too time
Pop Access
Dear all, I have created an account with zoho mail using affiliates@domainname.com then i added a second email in my master account luca@domaniname.com, then i make principal the secon one now i cannot delete the first one, i cannot in any way confiugre pop access for the second email, and when i try to access to the account ever when i log in as luca it results i am logged to affiliates. Domain in another lost account
Hi, So I wanted to use my domain with Zoho Mail instead of Google Apps like I do right now. But I found out it was already registered. I restored the account attached to my email address but it seems there must have been another account. I am unable to delete a group email
I created a group but after deleting the group it continues to show up as a group in certain places even when it no longer exists. When I go to remove it from the user it is still "stuck to" it tells me "You are not authorized to perform this operation ". Additionally I cannot use the email it was created under as it still thinks its there somehow. I want to re-use the email extension the group was under for something else. Is there some way to remove this phantom group?
Creating groups of people in my contact list
My organization has only a few email addresses that are official organization addresses. But we have dozens of outside contacts. We need to group those contacts in our address book into groups such that we can easily email the group. How can we accomplish this? Adjust columns in new mail layout
The old Zoho mail layout allowed us to easily drag the column widths to make our work more effective. I'm now working with the "new" mail layout, and this functionality seems to have been removed. When I mouse over the edges of the columns nothing happens. Is this possible somehow and I'm doing it wrong? If not possible, why in the world would you take out what is very basic functionality for adjusting the column widths? Thanks.

Unable to create an email account
I have setup a new user account but got an "Internal Error Occurs" and the associated email account was not created. I have tried to create the email account numerous times but keep getting the same error. I even deleted the new user account completely and set it up again but the problem persists. I setup another new user just a few days ago and that one worked perfectly.

Unable to migrate mail from Outlook.com
Hi I'm trying to migrate three accounts from Outlook.com. One has worked just fine and pulled everything over from Outlook via the pop3.live.com. The other two produce this error: Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password. POP fetch not working anymore
Hi, I've set up Gmail to fetch my mails from zoho via POP, which used to work fine (though not always 100% reliably). Since today, Gmail has been giving the following error when trying to fetch my mails on zoho: Error: Server is temporarily unavailable. Cannot logon to any accounts on domain
Cannot logon to any accounts in another domain. Domain is novyender.com. When logon is attempted the sign on button goest to 'signing in' and then nothing. It just sits there and spins. Passing message along for a fellow admin and will tell him your reply. He cannot sign on or get to control panel. Thanks

Hello everyone Hopefully, someone could help me with this Problem. I just made a new company account with five different mail addresses. So far, I only have 1 contact in my address book, with 3 different mail addresses. Though he's registered in my contacts, his mails always land in the spam folder.
