Need to to find an email host that will deliver
The email delays lately have really screwed up my business. I use the webmail, so it's not the IMAP issue, it's the delay in delivery. I've had emails take 12+ hours to be delivered to me. A test email I sent 2 hours ago still hasn't been delivered. This is causing an issue getting estimates to my clients in a timely manner, and I've lost two potential clients because of this. Signed up for a couple of Standard accounts in the last couple of days. Relaised I only needed one and checked the Zoho refund policy. I sent email and support request asking for a refund on one user but have no response. Seems that 24/7 is not really 24/7? Please help as I can't proceed with email set up until this is sorted.

Mail.app on El Capitan having problems connecting to Zoho Mail
Mail.app gets stuck while trying to download new mail. I can see the mail via the web interface but cannot receive. I gave an IMAP account. Any known bugs with El Capitan? Going crazy.....help would be appreciated.

We take full responsibility of the inconvenience and damage caused by this to our users and sincerely apologise for the same. A bug in our migration code, which was done as part of the infrastructure upgrade resulted in the IMAP issues you are facing. Since it corrupted the IMAP UID, it resulted in complete resync of data for impacted IMAP users. Hello Zoho This is the 4th time I contact you about errors. My co-workers are receiving "Mail Delivery Status Notification (Delay)" errors from mailer-daemon@mail.zoho.com when they send mails, but only once in a while. Is this a problem with Zoho or a problem with the receiver? It has never happened before, but they get them frequently now.

group emails showing in inbox
Hello! I've setup a group so that everyone in our shop can see emails going to our 'hello@...co.uk' email address, and setup the group so that all our employees can send from the hello email address. This is great because we can all see which emails have been replied to when we look in the group. However, the emails sent to the group are also sent to our inboxes. (I know modern browsers have syncing of bookmarks built-in, but the nature of my work is that I often need to use different families of browser.) 1. I set up an email account for one entity which is working fine. I changed the mx addresses at godaddy and all was fine.There are two email addresses in that account. Why all users of domain have to be paid?
Hello Zoho, I'd like to ask about this situation: few days before we need paid mailbox capacity for one mailbox. We accept, that we have to bought for second mailbox in same time. But now I recognize, also each new account, which I would like to create to domain, have to be paid, even we use the bigger mail storage currently for only one account! Lost all emails received since Nov 11, 2015
I just accessed my Zoho account and discovered that all my email messages received since November 11, 2015 are gone. This is not the first time I have lost information in a Zoho product. In the past i have experienced issues losing credentials in Zoho Vault. As much as i like Zoho products, if my emails cannot be recovered I'm completely abandoning Zoho and moving exclusively to Gmail. Did anyone else lose emails?

I have created a mail merge doc but if I click on multiple contacts to send it to it does not send. It says it sends but I do not receive the email and it is not in my spam folder. If I click my own contact and mail merge it sends to me. What am I doing wrong? Oh, and I do see each document when I preview so they are all there to be sent and says it sends but ... nope. Assistance for the Android app please
I recently switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy S6. When using the Zoho Mail app on iPhone the notifications worked perfectly. However, I cannot seem to set up the notifications on the new Android device. I have followed the instructions and have the notifications allowed via settings but do not get any notifications. Hi! I'm trying to access my email through thunderbird. After providing my email address and password, thunderbird managed to identify the correct IMAP settings automatically (IMAP 993, SMTP 465). Contacts search not working
On the Zoho website the search function in contacts is no longer working. If I enter a name in the search box and hit return I see popups with 'Searching' and 'Loading', but no results are displayed. I know the contact is in the database. I can see it if I scroll through. I definitely selected 'Search all contacts'. I have tried all the options - 'Search all fields', 'Name' 'Email' etc. This happens with several different conatcts. Any idea what is wrong?
Delays in Sending/Receivng Email
Looks like we are starting to see delays again. This is affecting both IMAP and Zoho Mail web UI. Just started noticing it now in NY at around 10:00. The delay is not very significant - about 15 minutes or so, but wanted to post in case it cascades. Anyone else having problems?
