Apple Mail client rejecting password after password change
Hi, i just changed my both my Zoho Admin password and Zoho Mail password online. I can still seamingly access all Zoho services via web browser. (I closed all browsers, even shut my laptop, restarted, logged in on Zoho Mail, CRM, etc.. All are working fine. I have been prompted to enter my new password in Apple Mail (OSX and iOS). I can only receive mails on both OSX and iOS. I can NOT send email on both OSX and iOS. Both tell me: "unable to verify account name or password" My emails remain stuck

Shared Email Folder Not editable
Hey there! LOVE the new Zoho Mail INterface - but having a bunch of issue with the shared fodler option between users of my organization. If User A Shares a folder with use B, sets the preferences to "Edit" User B still can't do anything but to read the folder (i.e. can't add to it can't delete anything. Any word on this?

How to change invitation list pending status?
Our domain kpdc.co.in has 2 users and when I try to add new user named 'cmd@kpdc.co.in' the email is not created but appears in invitation list wherein I am not able to do anything except a re-send button. Since we do not have any emails created with username 'cmd', there is no-one or nowhere to accept such an invitation. How can I get around this, please?

It seems I have been a victim of e-mail spoofing as I received a lot of undeliverable alerts on e-mails I never sent. Due to this I now get the following warning when trying to send my own mails: Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked I'm not sure how I can prevent others from using my address for their nefarious activities but would like to get the ability to send my own mails back. Event Reminder
I find the email integration in gmail very helpful. After corresponding with a potential client I can add them as a lead and schedule an event right through my email without actually having to log on to the CRM. The most helpful feature to me however is the email reminder I receive for the event and this is not available to create through the email integration. Default language
it seems that the system set Italian as the default language of my domain and I don't find any setting to change it. I use Italian but it is also the default language of the other users/email addresses that I create under my domain and I don't want it because they don't know Italian! When they log in the account or in the web mail everything is in Italian even if they don't have Italian in the browser and their IP address is not in Italy. How can I change it? Thank you Regards

Shared folders - forwarding or commenting not working
I have a shared folder and I would like to forward an email in it to another person but whenever I try to do that it says "request failed". I have also tried to comment on the email and tag someone else in but when I type @ and the first letter of the persons name, it doesn't preload anything so I can't comment either. Are these 2 things not meant to work? Or are they just failing for me only?

I am the administrator of our zoho mail account for datasquid.com. I cannot send email from Outlook or Android mail client. It is only possible to send email via Zoho web client or Zoho android app. I got an expert to check my SMTP settings. I'm having a problem with sending emails to gmail accounts. They simply don't show up on the other gmail account. Not in the spam folder or the junk folder. I am unable to configure my domain
I have signed up with zoho and setup my account with domain finaltouch.co.il however when i go to the dashboard, under domains I see "no domains configured". When I try to add my domain again i am told the domain is already listed. I am trying to enable email hosting and more users but cannot continue because of this issue. My email has not been been working all day, I just get this screen: I've asked for help through Twitter but all your Twitter person says is to clear my cache which is not the solution to the problem.
