Email replies are failing to be delivered
I have sent many emails through Zoho using with a reply to my business account. However, the replies are not being delivered. I am getting the following message: "Your mail message to the following address(es) could not be delivered. This is a permanent error. Please verify the address(es) and try again. < info@snapasong.com >: child status 100...The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full." How can I fix this??

Incoming Client email being tagged as spam
Hi, We are using the Zoho/Google Mail Add on. Since setting up one user's clients emails are being routed to Spam, these are vital emails that should not have been flagged. I have gone through Gmail and they are telling me that it has something to do with Zoho. Is there a way to turn off the Zoho spam filters on our accounts. We already have internal tools for this. how to restore emails
Hello, Yesterday I went to delete my trash box and spam box and after that I found that all my emails from inbox also dissapeared, except 12 emails from 2010 year. In a "sent" box there are more than 450 emails left and I don't miss anything from that folder. Using "view all archived" option, I find 26 emails, but they are of 2013-2014 years. Folders Are Gone
When I logged in this morning I had no folders: no inbox, no trash, nothing. It appears something similar to this happened about a year ago. The cause was an update. I hope that is the case here. If I go to the new version I am in the inbox and the emails are there. I sincerely hope I don't have to use the new GUI. I'm old, I like Zoho in its current form. Will I be allowed to stay with an easy to use, and even easier to see, interface?
subfolders
am as of today unable to move mails into subfolders that I have created today. Any subfolders created before today will accept mails transferred into the folder by the "move to" action! HELP!!!!!!

I had disabled 3 user accounts and now need to re-enable all 3. rudy@orasu.co.nz bev@orasu.co.nz deniz@orasu.co.nz The user interface allowed me to disable them but is now giving me an error when I try to re-enable them. Thanks!

Zoho Email - Multiple accounts
Hi There! I have 4 email accounts. Two on Zoho, one at Gmail Business and a personal gmail. I am trying to use all of them together on Zoho. Is it possible to see all messages from all 4 accounts together on the same page? How do I config this on webmail? ActiveSync with Outlook 2013 only pulls the latest 25 emails
I have tried to set up Outlook 2013 and ActiveSync on 2 different computers and only the latest 25 emails are synced. I have deleted the account and recreated it later after more emails came into the inbox, and again only the latest 25 emails were pulled into Outlook. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing that is limiting this?

I had added an email to my account last night and everything was working fine . I went to access it this morning and it is completely missing . When I tried to add it again it was telling me that the userid was already being used . HELP !
Disable Spam filters
Zoho, I hate to say it, but your spam filter SUCKS. It catches so much genuine mail that it's not worth using at all. I want to be able to turn it off. I don't want you to fix it (although that would be nice), I just want to be able to turn it off. This should be simple to implement. Yours Hopefully...

Email forwarder disabled due to high spam bounce from recipient account
Can anyone help me with this problem please? One of my mail users is setup to simply forward all mails to two other email addressees (zen and gmail). However one of these (zen) is rejecting any spam with bounce messages which in turn is causing zoho to disable the mail forwarder. Is there anything I can do in zoho mail to help solve this problem please? I've sent an email to support [at] zohomail.com and logged a ticket with the support centre but both have been ignored. For the last 30 minutes or so I have been receiving notifications for each email account that I have for Zoho Mail. The notification reads: Mail server Jeremy@domain.com is not an IMAP4 mail server. Are there new settings that I should know about? Thank you.
Zoho not processing web site contact form emails
I recently switched to zoho and ever since I stopped getting my contact form submissions from website to my zoho email. The form processor is using php. I removed the SPF records in my DNS as well to see if that solves the issue, it did not. I really need some help here.. The form submissions are successfully being delivered to my gmail account, but not the zoho email.

It used to be, I would write mail.zoho.com in my browser and it would go to my mail client. Now it goes somewhere else to some page called "links" that I've never used and never seen before. I can eventually get to mail.zoho.com but it's annoying and takes up time. What is happening?
Email Address Change
We have been using an email address for our access and each email address is attached to each our potentials/leads, where in once we receive an email from any of them we see it under the potentials/leads/contact information. Now we need to change the email address, will the old emails be saved? We worry that if we change it to something else we will loose all the old information that is in ZOHO.
