Hi, 1) I really want to take the plunge into zoho email and put my colleagues into this but some of the features needed for me are still missing and hence, I am re-requesting them. A few months (or may be years) back I had asked the 'delivery receipts' feature to be given (read receipts feature is already there) and a zoho lady replied back here in the forum saying that you will try and give the feature. Hi, My Client - sahil@instantitr.com has made some configuration and restricted himself to one IP and he can not get back to that IP. So the admin account is locked down. Exceeded unblock requests in 24 hours
Hi there, I tried to send a group email out to more than the limit of 100 per email (which I wasn't aware of) so got my account blocked...I unblocked it but as the email was still in my Outbox it tried to send again (or I did more likely by accident) I've now exceeded the number of unblocks in a day and have been blocked for 24hrs...can you please undo this? Disabled automatically whitelisted email addresses
How do I disable automatic whitelisting of email addresses for all members my organization? Whenever someone sends an email, that address is added to the the "whitelisted email" section of their Anti-Spam settings. I need to clear out those addresses and prevent them from being added automatically.
Using Zoho to Forward to Gmail Account
Hi guys, I'm pretty confused with all the settings in Zoho. What I want: To use Zoho to manage a name@domain.com e-mail address in Gmail. I use namealerts.com to manage my domains and they themselves do not offer a full e-mail suite. getting user unknown error on AOL accounts

Hi here, I have changed my new hosting yesterday and I haven't change the MX email record. It still show up zoho server. But I found that I can't receive email this morning. After I delete the old mx record and input again it still can't receve email. Keeping show me that "550 No Such User Here"..... Am I do something wrong?

CNAME and TXT added but not verified
Hi there, I added a CName to my domain http://confidentcats.com but could not get verified. I added a TXT record but it would not allow me to leave the name blank or with an '@' symbol as suggested so I instead put 'confidentcats.com.' This allowed me to add the TXT record but I am still unable to get verified. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

Email file size is double the attachment size, why?
Hello, I've noticed that emails with attachments are double the file size of the attachment. Why is that? I saw in another forum answer where Zoho adds 30% quotient (?). But this is 100% again the attachment size. Is there any way to stop this? Thanks for your help, Char
Migration from outlook.com, emails in subfolders and sent folder not included
Hi, I have transfered emails from outlook.com account through the zoho mail and it is reported as successfully completed. However, it seems like emails in subfolders and my sent folder have not been transferred. This is critical for maintaining the historic messages in Zoho CRM. Vertical preview pane broken
My verticle email preview pane is broken. When I toggle the layout from the default with the pane on the bottom I then receive the no preview option, the toggle layout button disappears and I have to open the email in a new tab. What is the solution to regain my verticle preview pane back? MR
Removing mail hosting
Hi, I have a free email account and a custom domain but I'm not using it. I'd like to remove the domain and add a new one. However, when I try to remove the current domain, I get a message saying "Remove Mail Hosting and proceed for domain deletion". That's cool, but how do I do that? emails arrived long after senders sent them
Hi, I've noticed that emails have been delivered with delay. Sometimes it took a day to get a message. This morning it took about 20 mins to get emails. The below is a header from one of emails delivered with delay. The header said it was received at 7:07 PDT but it was delivered onto my mailbox at 7:24am. This is just one of many cases. Outgoing Mail Limit has changed.
Recently we started getting blocked for outgoing mail exceeding the limit. This was odd because it has been fine for a long time. Finally I checked the email policy and saw that the greyed out range was 1 - 50 However in our box it read 100. This would be fine. Playing with other settings I noticed you could not enter numbers exceeding the range. This then implied we used to have a limit of 100 and since it has been reduced to 50. As we send email via our website using SMTP a higher limit is important
Opened Emails
We are currently testing Zoho and one of the questions we have is regarding email. Can you see when someone actually views your email that you send. This would be just your normal emails to follow-up or present a proposal to a client/prospect. Salesforce has this funtion which is someting we really like because we can tell when somenoe has actually opened our email.
