After transferring our DNS to another webhost, our Zoho email account stopped receiving emails.
Cant send mail with File Attachments
Hi, Im a new user in Zoho having a free Mail Account to test before I purchase a paid account. My server is in Godaddy. When Im trying to send a mail with File Attachment (very light weight files or images), it shows 'Sending' for ever and never gets sent. However normal mails could be sent. Can anyone help me figure out this issue.
Cannot send email using openSMTPD
Dear Team, I am setting up a new server using opnSMTPD MTA to act as a local mail delivery and relay to Zoho mail but I am unable to send out any email using Zoho mail. I have done some test with Google Gmail and it worked OK then, which indicate that the problem is with zohomail.. Could you please tell me if you block servers from sending out email? Macbook Mail Client not working
Hi, I tried multiple times to add my account on Mail client app of Macbook with no success. I don't understand what's wrong. It keeps giving me "invalid credentails" error. I updated password, sign out and copy paste same password to log into mail from web as well as Mail client. But Mail client simply fails. I also went to Accounts to change password and when I tried that, it continues to sign in without any success. I see message "signing in.." until I cancel. Can you please help? thanks

Viewing added pop3 account on blackberry
Hi everyone, I connect my zoho email account to my blackberry as IMAP. It works really well with the account, but I found I don't have have access to my pop3 account I added to primary account on blackberry. I can still access to pop3 account on desktop mode seamlessly. I can send email but I can't receive anything
I set up the mx connections and followed the directions (for godaddy) and I can send but can't receive messages back.. I then checked my older zoho mail settings to comapre and noticed that my old ones connect with mx.zohomail.com (as the new instructions just say mx.zoho.com) and these settings didn't make a difference either so now I have both..and I'm sure that doesn't help. Is there a step I'm missing?

We do experience a problem as our info box got a bit full, so we cleaned it up and now it doesn't appear to have a proper size - it is still full, though it is not what is marked under according user mail settings. Tab Key Alignment
Hi, I'm used to using the tab key to align up consecutive lines of text in a column. Ie when you list some items and then tab over and list the price. In zoho, the columns don't align when I try to use the tab. Also when I delete after hitting the tab key it seems to delete one space-bar space at a time, not the original tabbed amount . I have set up a few accounts all with the domain name of my webpage. The problem is that every single mail that is to pass through Zoho SMTP and coming from my webpage seems to be getting blocked. Has anyone encountered this issue before, am I missing something?
Downloading zoho mails to outlook.com using POP
Hi everybody, I can access my Zoho mails using Outlook 2013 both via POP and via IMAP. However, when I configure outlook.com to add my Zoho account as a sending and receiving account, I get an error message that Outlook.com could not connect to the server to download my mails. Hi, I would like to add my company mail adress to Zoho Mail. Our mailserver provides a valid, officially signed SSL zertificate for POP3 / Port 995, but the dialog tells me " Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Please change the incoming port to 110 and retry configuring.". Can you help me finding the problem, since this error message does not tell me any detail. If I connect to our mailserver and read the certificate using openssl on the commandline, it tells me we have a valid certificate

I have created many groups in Shared Contacts in my email, but they aren't listing in alphabetical order--which is critical for optimal efficiency when scrolling through a list of over 100 groups.
