No recibo correo / No receiving email
Hola hasta hace unos días podía enviar y recibir correos. pero hoy solo puedo enviar mas no recibir. Hi there, I am transferring my email from google app for work to Zoho mail. I really like your service. It's SO much better than Google app for work for my needs. I created sales@, talent@, recruitment@mydomainname.com . I want to transfer info@. That's the one I originally had at Google app for work. However, when I first created an account with Zoho mail, I used info@mydomainname.com to create an account. Now I don't have access to it, I cancel my Google App for work account for info@mydomainname.com.

hello, my personal zoho email account suddenly says "inactive" when i try to log in. please help asap, this is my main email account. the email address is: d2j2flanders@zoho.com i was having trouble for several hours figuring out how to set up my domain, etc.(think i have it figured out now) then i went to sign into my personal email and it says inactive. thank you for your help! :)

I cannot send emails from my Zoho account on my iPhone 5 using the iOS email system and don't really want to have to use the Zoho App for one email account when all others are through iOS. not receiving emails from particular addresses
I am an attorney and I receive notice regarding case filings, etc via email. In a case I currently have, I have learned that I am not receiving emails from any email address that ends in "usdoj.gov." Extremely slow mail
I sent an email to myself. On my sent folder, it shows as sent, however it's been 30 mins and it hasn't shown up in my inbox. It's not stuck in my outbox or in my spam folder. Please help.
Email not send or VERY SLOW
I'm having the same problem!! If I sent an e-mail to myself in the TO box it is very fast sent and arrives instantly in the IMBOX folder to read. If I sent an e-mail to myself in the CC box it is not sent, or it is very slow sent. It shows in the SENT folder but until now, almost 2 hours late, not shows in the IMBOX folder. If I sent an e-mail to another server (like @gmail.com) is the same, goes to SENT folder, but the other person (@gmail.com) doesn't receive the e-mail that I sent. Please verify

Hello, I have moved many clients to Zoho Mail and they are happy with the service as am I. However, this one annoyance keeps recurring for the few that are using forwarding features. Forwarding to a specific address becomes disabled suddenly after the receiving provider apparently bounces a few messages back to Zoho. A quick search in the forums reveals that many others are experiencing the same problem. I have set up my email account as the group account rather than an individual name. What I really wanted to do was have my name as the set up address and then the group as a "group" forwarding to me and my colleagues. Is there a way to change the admin email address? Thanks!

"Phone already exists" when setting up TFA for multiple email addresses
I've had to switch on TFA for all my email addresses, some of which I use for different tasks such as info and accounts as well as having a personal email address. Hosting on BigCommerce
Does anyone is using BigCommerce to host their web site ? I need some help in configuring the Email settings between Zoho and BigCommerce. We can send emails but not receive them on Zoho; if we change the CNAME on bigcommerce then the url will not refer to the web site but rather to the Zoho Mail login page !!
