Send but no recieve
Hi, sorry if this is covered before, but I can't seem to find the reason. I can send e-mails from my new Zoho address (jakescott@promotecgolf.com), but I can't receive e-mails. Was wondering if it was on my end?

Dear Zoho, suddenly and without any changes done to the account, we could not recieve emails from any one outside our domain name, internal emails from one of us to another with the domain we own is working fine but any emails coming from outside shows that its sent yet we don't receive it at all, could you please help me out Thank You
Not receiving mail
I've commented on the other forums, but it says that my posts are awaiting moderation. I have not been properly receiving emails since about 10:00am. Every once and a while an email will come through, but greatly delayed. I'm also getting emails in threads out of order.
Incoming e-mail not working
Hi, since 8 hours ago, I'm not able to receive e-mails. Some friends that are using Zoho Mail with other domains aren't receiving e-mails too. I tried to send from various servers such yahoo.com, outlook.com and gmail.com but none is coming to my inbox. I'm using Zoho webmail and as you can see in the attached file, MXs are well configured. Zoho says it's fixed (delays or not receiving at all) but still problems
this is bloody pathetic. Problem for me started nearly 12 hours ago. over 6 hours ago it's claimed to be fixed. 30 minutes ago there is a pinned post claiming everything is resolved, sorry guys.... well it's still not working for me. Outlook e-mails sent to my zoho address is not only not being received, but the outlook receives a delivery failure message. a feature request! for the templates of Zoho Mail
.I have over the years of using Zoho Mail created about 30 templates. What I would like to see is a way to put the templates into folders Like sales, Billing, Invoiceing, etc... this would help me keep them organized and not waste time searching all of the templates for the one that I need!
Contacts & Android
I'm importing contacts from Gmail to zoho contacts UI and I noticed that Zoho ignores any that only have company name and not user. It also means that If I create a contact on the android with company only, it won't get synced back to zoho. Is this by design or will there be a fix not to require a name?
Error (0x800CCC7D)
I am a bit stumped and was wondering if anyone can help. I have just set up a new computer, W8.1, Outlook 2003 and all was working yesterday. However, today I cannot send any e-mails. I get this error message: Sending' reported error (0x800CCC7D) : Your outgoing (SMTP) server does not support SSL-secured connections. Yet when testing the account settings, the sending does work, no errors reported. I checked the setup (port 465, SSL), I checked the firewall (all traffic from Outlook 2003 allowed).
Can you create sub-folders in Zoho Mail Templates folder?

Hi, I use zoho for email and i'm noticing a long delay, many hours, before receiving each email. My domain is codermanual.com. In other words, when I send email from other platforms like my gmail account, it takes a long time to receive email at my @codermanual.com account. Hi, I have seen many posts here regarding the same issue. I have tested sending from gmail / outlook.com before confirming that it is the receiving issue with ZOHO. However only 1 or 2 emails can receive immediately. 90% not receive yet or forever (not sure). The sender did not receive any reject info as well.

Is there any way I can set up a set of contacts that I can use with all of my zoho accounts? I have 5 email inboxes that I want to use the same set of contacts. I am also tring to figure out if I can set-up a distribution list within a zoho email account?
Setting up a zoho email account with a Squarespace hosting plan on a dreamweaver domain.
I previously had my Zoho mail account linked up with my dreamweaver domain. In order to set up my squarespace account they had me delete all the dns records and now my Zoho account is no longer active. I can not receive emails (obviously). So I would now like to activate my e-mail again. Could some one guide me in doing this, I can't seem to find the link where the original DNS codes were.
Problem with email receiving and probably sending
we face a big problem with incoming emails. All emails are either delayed -a lot- or lost. I noticed that emails sent from our domain to our domain (inside the organisation) are delivered, but others from outside are not. Our domain is : giannopoulos.gr I am very curious, why is this happening, and if this happens often - as we are new users. All my accounts send but doesn't reveive emails
MX are pointed to Zoho, and it was working since a few hours ago. Suddenly, none of my accounts reveive messages. I've sent a message from my personal account, and the email was sent. I didn't get any problem report back. It's like the email was successfully received on Zoho. Any idea of what can be wrong?

Are service interruptions frequent?
Hi All, I just signed up for zoho mail today and must say that my first impression is pretty bad. Like many other users, I have had an issue all day of incoming mail being delayed by several hours. My question is to those of you who have been using zoho for a while now. Are these kinds of service interruptions and issues commonplace? I'm also getting the feeling that customer service is not exactly exemplary. Any thoughts you might have are appreciated. My hope is that this is all simply bad timing
No mail reaching my inbox
Hi. For over an hour no mail sent to me has reached my zoho inbox. I've tried sending mails to myself from different external accounts and it's neither bounced, nor reaches inbox (nor spam or any other folder). Outgoing mail works fine and I can access zoho mail web portal without problems. Just no new mail shows up. Does anyone have the same problem? Is this some kind of service disruption? I haven't done any changes to my account lately. Please advise.

Hi My emails have stopped updating. They are linked to gmail so I can see I have new emails. I have ensured I am not at my memory allowance and have refreshed the account, yet still no new emails are loading. Can you please advice what needs to be done. Thanks Nic

Email delivery delays and Zoho Response
Hi As a business user of Zoho mail I expect a certain level of support. The current delays in email delivery were explained away as a server issue that is now resolved. This was over 10 hours ago, the issue is still ongoing and there has been almost no other comment or further explanation coming from support. This really is not good enough. Can support please explain properly what is going on and update us all on when the issues are likely to be resolved. Tony
