Unable to fetch mail from Outlook365 Account
Unable to fetch mail from Office365 Account Hi, there -- I followed the instructions here about adding pop accounts. I edited the details correctly. I have no difficulty retrieving my Gmail messages or retrieving my Zoho Mail via Gmail. But I'm not getting anywhere with outlook at Office365, despite having read and re-read instructions on both ends. Since I couldn't retrieve messages, I set Office365 to forward copies to my Zoho account, but no joy there either. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Missing Emails
Hi, When I opened my Zoho mails today, I discovered the emails in Inbox dated 29 August 2014 up to today are missing. I have checked the Deleted mails, the emails are not there. I haven't archived any email, but just to be sure, I have checked my Archive folder as well, the missing emails are not there too. Can Zoho please help? I am afraid that I may have clicked on Select All and deleted the emails. Is there any way to recover them? Mandy

How do I connect zoho crm contacts with zoho mail contacts? Now, I have to leave zoho mail, go find contact in zoho crm, copy the email address, then paste it into the email address field to send a message. Or, I have to enter in contacts manually. Thanks! Dennis

MAIL Verify Domain and Pointing MX to Zoho in blue host
I'm having lots of trouble with what I thought would be so simple. Yesterday my domain was verified in my Zoho email and I was just trying to point my MX records of my domain to get my email working... But on looking in my DNS settings - it doesnt show up under CNAME or at all in there. Whats happened as it all supposedly verified just fine according to my email account, but is no longer there to point any MX record to. Thanks
unable to create new email uer
Hi I have created 4 email accounts so far, however I can't get the fifth one to work. When I enter the details, a red box flashes very briefly at the top which I think says 'account successfully created' but nothing happens. the name in question is graham@ any suggestions? thanks
Whitelist email keeps being moved back to blacklist email
Hi there, I cannot seem to keep 1 email address in the Whitelist Email list. I have added the Domain into the Whitelist, then added the particular email address to the whitelist from the blacklist. However the email address keeps being moved back into the blacklist, no matter how any times i whitelist it.I get the appropriate notification from the system saying "blacklist email updated successfully" Whitelisted Domain - groupy.co.nz Whitelisted Email - mailer@groupy.co.nz - this is the email

Duplicated emails received when sending to group and single user
Hello. When someone sends a message to a group and also to a group member, message arrives twice to the group member. Zoho Mail Mobile app and IP restrictions
We have a problem. We have used Zoho Mail and other products for many years. We enjoy being able to lock down users based on IP addresses. Unfortunately it has now come to our attention that it appears a Zoho user, regardless of any IP restrictions we set, can access and send mail from the Zoho Mail mobile app. Is there a way to stop this? We see this is a bad security issue. Please let us know how we can prevent this as soon as possible.
Font Size
Any chance I am enlarge the default font size? Some of my colleagues have weak visibility and they wish to have the font 50-100% bigger. I look around the help file and couldn't get a clue. Besides the help file mentioned a "Theme" link which one can change template colors. But I also couldn't find the Theme link. I just download and installed the VO yesterday.

Hi, since some days suddenly I can't send out anymore emails. Before it worked fine! Haven't touched anything! Hi, I have also sent this message to the Zoho mail support address. I'm posting on the forum in case anyone else has the same problem. Cannot receive any emails

Trouble wiht email forwarding to hotmail account

Provide an option to keep the top bar suppressed which shows the Zoho logo, Upgrade | Control Panel | ...
I like to regain window space by keeping this bar suppressed in mail, as done by clicking the Zoho logo. But that has to be done every time I start Zoho mail. An option to keep it suppressed would be nice. Of course restoring the bar with the down arrow next to Apps should be retained. Thanks.

I've created my 1st mail without any problem, but when i try to create a 2nd mail (on defenitions tab), gives me this message (is in portuguese): "Receberá um e-mail de verificação com o código em admin@mycatfishstore.com . Indique o código aqui e confirme. Se não recebeu o e-mail, Clique aqui para Reenviar." I didn't received any confirmation mail, so i can't use this on my Thunderbird. Need Help on Mail Server Disconnection !!!
Could you help me with this mail server disconnection problem? I'm using your mail service on my wordpress website, with my domain email. Before, when people register on my website or forget the password, there are email notices sent out automatically. Now, it can't connect with zoho mail server,my website can't send register emails to new comer through connecting with smtp.zoho.com.
