How do I get incoming e-mails to go to a specific subject line folder or label folder?
I have several e-mail address at this time with outlook. Each one has a specific folder, such as when a sale is made, when a question is asked, contact me box, and when someone clicks on that specific link, it goes to the proper folder. How do I accomplish something like this with Zoho using a specific name in the subject line.

Hi, I was wandering if you could help me please. I use a site called Wattpad which sends out notifications, a bit like Facebook, when someone has dropped a comment at you. For some reason Zoho mail is no longer receiving emails from the site. I've used an alternative web address for a few days, and the emails are sent and received happily, so the block seems to be at Zoho's end. I've not got any filters / blocks in place to prevent incoming emails from Wattpad. Help? Thanks Gavin
Not Receiving Mail
I have had several people call me over the past week or so saying they have sent email to me but I never received these emails. Some of these emails were sent directly from my website and involved potential sales. Is there a way to recover lost emails? I have checked spam/junk folders and they are not there. I have received some mail, but it seems not all mail that was sent to me. Thank you for any help anyone can provide.

Permanently Delete Inactive Accounts
Hello. I just had some issue with old account, since I had no authorization to modify my alias assigned to my own domain. I had a test domain registered, so I deleted it from Control Panel to add another new domain. I have free plan so I wasn't able to put more than 1 domain. So I deleted the old account and all related data into it (domains, alias etc) and made this one which is working with my new domain. The problem is, how is possible to permanently delete the old account? I assigned "giovanni89r"

Can i sync outlook and zoho?
I want to be able to use outlook for my emails, and then later log into zoho and see all my communication with those clients in zoho, without having to manually add things using the outlook plugin. Is this possible?
Zoho won't recognize second email address when importing...
Is there a way to write CSV field names so that Zoho will pick up a second email address? It gets the "Email Address" field correct, but then completely does not import the next field titled "Email Address 2". I've also tried re-naming the field to "Other Email Adress" and "Work Email Address". Thoughts? Thanks JD

I have created a sign up form for my campaign. I added the First Name and Last Name field via the edit form fields option for my mailing list. I even made these field mandatory. When i go to the sign up form, the form correctly recognises that these fields are mandatory but the field values never get saved into the mailing list. Only the email gets saved. Anyone know what the problem is?
Do I need a domain to use Zoho email? Can I use Zoho email without a domain?

I would like to create an alias (pub@tombu.com) but it will not let me. The error message is: Alias Email Id already registered by user not belongs to your organization. What causes this problem? There is only one account for tombu.com so this address should not be taken already
I was changing my Primary Log in ID Email, it the E mail I chose won't receive the confirmation.
It was receiving normal e mails from zoho, but not the confirmation e mail... There is no spam folder to get lost in. Now I can't send e mails at all. Help. I changed it because the one I was using went away.
I have created 5 accounts, do they all need to have seperate zoho accounts as well?
I just created some sub accounts on my zoho mail server, but when I give the user name and password to the individuals and they sign in, they are told that this is their first sign in and that they must create a zoho mail account. Is there any way to avoid that and just use the account name that I created for them with my domain name?

Impossible to add existing user?
I started to set up mail under my own domain. I added some users and then ran in to problems so I deleted the entire organisation and started again. Hi, I've purchased yesterday the Invoice, CRM + Zoho Mail for 4 total users. For Zoho Mail the cost is 3$ per users per month which I have no problem with but once I get into my Zoho Mail account it keeps saying that I have a free version and if I want more group I have to pay another 3$ / month per users. Why does Zoho use Adobe Flash in the Mail application?
On 2 different computers I tend to have this problem. I'll open my browser and every time I click on an email, or a label, or a folder - I'll get an error message from Adobe Flash notifying me that the application has crashed. I generally just have to restart the browser and the message will eventually go away. Sometimes I've had to go as far as uninstalling and reinstalling flash, and restarting my browser to make the error message cease. My question is - why is flash used in the first place?
Issue with adding new users
Hello, I have an issue with adding new users to my account - I have purchased the Standard 10GB Edition plan which should allow me to add unlimited users. Right now I cannot add any new accounts at all as I always get an error message telling me that my user limit is reached and that I need to upgrade my plan. Fetch Mail
I have set the fetch interval to the lowest value, but Mail keeps taking a long time to arrive... between users we have timed that it takes between 5 to 7 minutes. I really find this to e extremely long speacially when you send it to people from your same department... is there any way to optimize this time? Thanks!

Hello, I'm contemplating getting a payed Zoho (mail) subscription, 10gig, for one user. I'm wondering though - I've got several domain names that I would need to link to Zoho, is this possible? Zoho Mail Add On is not free?
I am using the Professional version of Zoho CRM for my organisation. Tried to add Zoho Mail Add On for all of the three users, which is mentioned to be free if one decides to use the Lite version. However, I am not able to activate it for even one user in the Subscription section. Does that mean that I will have to pay for Zoho Mail since the Zoho CRM version is a paid one?

Download of mails from my zohoaccount with mozilla thunderbird does not work
How can I succesfully download my mails with thunderbird? I know that it principly works, a friend of mine is doing so. But whenever I try to set up a account within thunderbird it shows a message, that username or password is wrong. But they are right, I tried it a dozen times, also copying the name and passwort from the browser (which succesfully opens my zoho account). Thanks in advance for help Sylvia
