Add to CRM from mail gone?
Hi All of a sudden, the ability to add someone directly to CRM drop down from zoho mail is done, now I just have add to contacts and filter? am I doing something wrong? Roy

Insert image - recipients are not receiving images
I've been using the Insert Image function on and off for some time when composing Zoho Mail, but only now has someone told me they are not being received. The images show fine in my Sent mail, but I have just sent test emails to my old Gmail account and to my wife's Yahoo mail, and sure enough blank messages were received, with no images. But next I sent a message to my own Zoho address,and that did contain the image. This suggests to me that inserting images only works between Zoho Mail users. Am

I have created an email alias for my Superuser account. It is sending messages fine using the alias, but anytime I send a message back to the alias, it returns undeliverable. How do I use other user mailboxes?
I can use my main user but I can't use the others user I made. For example, If I have 2 users, my main one called admin@domain and the other contact@domain. How do I access contact@domain when every time I sign in it goes straight to the admin mailbox? Thanks, I just signed up to Zoho so I'm still getting use the interface. I like it.

You've blocked my outgoing email when I was trying to send a message telling my contacts that I'd changed my email address to a new Zoho email address. Mail Forwarding to Zoho Accounts
I setup domain hosting with Zoho last night and so far everything looks good. I setup two individual names @ mydomain.com and an info@mydomain.com user accounts. I configured the info account to forward mails to the two named accounts so that we would not have to actively monitor the info account. I see where the mail forwarder was setup but it is not forwarding messages and has the comment "needs confirmation" out to the right of the two email addresses setup to receive the forwards. How do

I'm trying to pre-add my old email with my own domain. It's jim@mydomain.com. When I add a user it sends an email to join my "organization". How do I pre-add existing email address before changing MX records? I want mail to transition smoothly. -Jim

Couldn't send/receive emails up on account setup
Hello, I just setup a zoho mail account for my domain sseemon.tk. I presume that the initial setup is complete. 1) Email accounts are created on the control panel 2) Logged in to the user account and updated the username details 3) Redirected the MX records to point to zoho servers. Tested setting up the account on an outlook client, configured successfully. But I am not receiving any emails and the sent emails are not being delivered to the recipients. Please Help !! Hi, I seem to be unable to log in to my domain name email account because the username is the same as it is for the account I used to set up the service... i.e. my.name@initialaccount.com and my.name@domainname.com so whenever i try to login it puts me to the initial account... help?
MX Records - Forward

I have a 10G business hosted mail account for my business domain with one email address in it. Can I have another (free) email address on a different domain for my personal use? Average personal email traffic is below 20 (total), not counting spam of course. I may send an email to 5 recipients. Is it counted for 1 or 5 emails? Thanks

Blacklisted email still getting through
Hi! There's an email address I blacklisted a while ago, and I still get spam from it. At least, I still get spam listed as coming from it, and it's probably a spoofed sender field, but shouldn't it be blocked using that string of characters anywhere? Setting up Apple Mail while using gmail as a login
Not sure I should have done this, but this is how I set up the free Zoho account. I log in with my gmail account. Works fine online but tried to set up my Zoho account in Apple Mail. Following the instructions and using my Zoho account xxxx@zoho.com, in the Apple setup does not work. Error message indicates cannot find server. This makes sense as I am logging in with my xxxx@gmail.com So, how do I set up Apple mail to access my Zoho mail?

IMAP transfer with a few thousands emails collapses due to an append limit. new contacts not adding
My understanding is that when I send an email to someone, or reply to an email sent to me, that persons email address should add automatically to My Contacts list? This doesn't seem to be happening for me at all - I have a lot of new contacts that just haven't added. I'm using Zoho via IMAP with Applemail if that makes any difference.

Iphone 4s mail won't send
I have been unable to send messages from my zoho mail account (with a custom domain) on my iPhone 4s. I keep getting the "sending the message content to the server failed" error. I followed the Zoho mail setup instructions and enabled Imap on the Zoho Mail Control panel. Can Sparrow display the labels of zoho mail?
Hi Guys, I am using sparrow on my mac as a mail client to process my zoho mails, it has been working fine, I enjoy it. But one small thing I found that my zoho mail labels will not become sparrow labels, so that means I can not enjoy using labels in sparrow like I can do with my gmail account. Alias EmailID already exists
Hi. I now have my new Zoho account set up as <firstname>@zoho.com, with <firstname>@<mydomain> as an alias and as default email. I need also to have <firstname>.<secondname>@<mydomain> configured as an alias, but when I try to add it I get a message that: "Alias EmailID already exists". I've seen some previous (quite old!) threads suggesting that previously configured aliases can get "stuck" in your database for 30 days. Is this the problem here? Hi, I really love your product because it combines tasks and email in a nice way. Even dough, I am trying to create a task list with subcategories and can't make it, no matter where I try! No subcategories in Tasks, no subcategories in CRM, no subcategories in Projects. Am I missing it or wrong? I think this most be an option and I am not the first who's asking for it. Many thanks
There is no "Verify" button
The instructions for validating a domain tell me to create a CNAME for my domain and then "After an hour or two, log in to your Zoho Mail Control Panel and click Verify". I have created the CNAME and waited for an hour or so. But I cannot see any "Verify" to click on in the control panel. Help - how do I finish validating my domain? Thanks.

Account not confirmed?
Hi, When I try to log into my account it says that it has not yet been confirmed and that if I don't confirm it, that my account could be closed. It goes onto give instructions on how to confirm the account but those instructions do not work. When I click on "resend confirmation mail", I get an error box saying "unauthorised request" and no confirmation mail is sent. I thought that maybe adding another email address and getting it confirmed would solve the problem, but when I add another email
