HTML Emails and Android
I have a Droid 4. Zoho syncs mail, calendar, and contacts just fine. But my mail does not show HTML emails on the phone. Only if i access zoho via the web. I cannot find a setting on the phone to enable HTML emails - so I'm assuming the plaintext push is being done on the zoho end. Am i incorrect with this?

zoho mail sent folder problems
I am creating a few things in zoho for the business I work for and currently a few things aren't working and i was wondering if I could get assistance on how to make it work. This is my problem, when i send an email from zoho email it shows up in the sent folder which is what i want obviously but the problem i have is when I sent an email from the contact tab under the module it doesn't show up in the sent file under zoho email even though I am sending the email through the same account (leonardusa@zoho.com).

So here is the sequence I followed. I clicked on "sign up" of the LITE (always free) business email option. It says you must own a domain to proceed email hosting, and I do have it and that is the reason I am here to host mydomain.com email accounts ( to start with 3 free accounts of my company domain.) now it asks to create an account with zoho.com, I created. It asks my company domain name that I want to host and later on verify it, I did. Sounds reasonable. Now after Organization details is created

Where is my domain?
I set up to use my own domain name a couple of weeks ago, but now have no idea where it is how how to find it. I log in under my original Zoho e-mail account, where I thought access to it was located, but see nothing there. Thinking I did something wrong, I tried to set up the domain again but am told it's already registered. But again, I've no idea how to access it. I've also sent mail to the domain and it is not returned. I'm logging in under the Zoho e-mail account I've had for a few years now

Moving Emails to Zoho Business from 1and1.com
Currently I have my IMAP mail hosted on 1and1.com servers. I'd like to open a business account with Zoho, and move 1.3 G of email to Zoho. The domain will remain at 1and1. Is it possible to move the email directly from 1and1 to Zoho. I am supposed to have all email on my computer, but I noticed that once in a while Thunderbird starts downloading files into the folders that I haven't touch for years. So, I am not sure that I have the entire archive on my computer. Thanks
IMAP zoho keep blocking Thunderbird
Whenever I open my thunderbird, Zoho disabled my IMAP. Then I enable it, and it goes back to disable again whenever i tried opening thunderbird. I am using thunderbird to insert HTML template to my email.

I can login in my account but I cannot access mail
I have a very rarely @zoho.com used account. I can login to that account and when I login I can use anything active EXCEPT for the mail. When I select the mail it asks me configuration data for an external account (I don't want an external account, I want the @zoho.com personal account) If I sent an email from a different account, I get 550 550 5.1.1 <xxxx@zoho.com>... User unknown (state 13). Tested with IE8, FF & Chrome

I'm a personal user of Zoho Mail from China. Recently, I take the feedback to here about "Display name" problem with Zoho Sync, today I found another issue: I'll reply or forward a message on my mobile device (Windows Phone) with Exchange ActiveSync, the editing area include the original message in Mail APP. But I've send the reply or forward the message, then view the Sent Items Folder (Including Phone App and Webmail) and find the reply or forwarded message, the original text does not appear below
Forwarded icon disappear in thunderbird
Hi, from 1 week all the emails that I forwarded has got no blue arrow in thunderbird - up to date version and no themes and no addons. This icon was signalling the forwarding action,so now I don't now what emails I forwarded and what not. I use imap so the fw infos are in email headers, so I think that is not a client problem. In web mail I see everything good (forwarded emails with the appropriate icon). So: did you have done something in that sense? Do you know why this problem? Do you know how

Sorting by the "From" field
It would be nice if we could sort our email by the "From" field in the inbox and by the "To" field in the sent folder. Currently, we can only sort by date, but sometimes I want to find all emails that I've received from or sent to a certain person. that means that instead of sorting, I have to trust my eyes to pick the email out while scrolling (and scrolling and scrolling). Please consider this. Thank you for Zoho mail. I appreciate having a mailbox where I'm not being spammed all the time.
imap: can I turn off zoho's sent folder?
Hi All, When zoho copies my messages to its sent folder it removes my Bcc's. I can have Thunderbird handle the sent folder on its own without any help from zoho's server and Thunderbird will retain my Bcc recipients. Can I turn off zoho's copy to sent folder so I don't get two copies if I turn my Thunderbird sent echo back on? Many thanks. -T

Hello My android phone usually this works flawlessly but I've not received any new email by IMAP for about 12 hours now. I have tried restarting my phone and manually refreshing but this has not helped. Are there any issues at the Zoho end of the service? Thank you.

Dear Zoho, I am not a professional techy by any stretch but I believe I have followed the instructions accurately and I am still having problems with all of mail accounts. What I have done: - updated my domain with Zoho. - added users - added pop3 accounts for each - mapped the mx records - worked accordingly for one day, now not one user is receiving mail Please investigate with your utmost of speed as I'm sure you understand these are our business emails... and if for nothing more, its Christmas.

cannot view some messages from yahoo mail
when i receive mails from yahoo, there'll be some which i'm not able to view. instead i get this message Unable to process this message. It does not follow message RFC specifications. Click 'More Options'->'Show Original' to view the original message received. when i view the original message, i get a whole page of text but nothing showing the message. i see the message ok on my iphone. what could be the issue?
Can't set up zoho on my nexus 7 using K9 or aquamail
Aquamail is my preferred mail app on my Nexus 7. I tried to add my zoho account but I kept getting an error message even though I used the settings mentioned on zoho.com. I finally tried setting it up using K9 since zoho specifically mentions that app. Still didn't work. I had no problem setting up zoho on my desktop using Thunderbird. I had no problem setting up various non-zoho email accounts on several mail apps on my Nexus 7 while I was experimenting to find the app and email provider I liked

Aliases with more than one domain
I am still reviewing Zoho for mail for business - when using two domains, are they delivered to inboxes with different users? As a comparison, I know Google Apps allows me to create email1@domain1 and email1@domain2 as a domain alias on the users. This is the function I am looking for. Translateing
Beautifull program Zoho Mail. Only module Contacts is not translated to my native language. All other modules are readable in Dutch but contacts not yet. When will this be possible?
