How to Identify Website Visitors
I was just wondering what are the various ways that I can identify visitors coming onto our website. I know with SalesIQ - this can be done by using a ZOHO campaigns URL and also is done when a user completes a form. However, will these information (i.e. those already identified) sync through to ZOHO marketing hub? And are there any other additional ways I can identify visitors. As obviously, to prepare a good marketing automation - the system will need to know who to send emails to etc.
Assigning events to Zoho Sites buttons
Hi MH gurus. I wish to attached events to buttons in my Zoho Sites website. However, there is no way I can see to add 'on event' java script to buttons in Zoho Sites and I am unable to use the event selector to select a button manually. Frequent lags in Zoho Goals setting (and other features)
Hi folks. I am finding that some functions in Zoho MH are very laggy, to the point of simply not displaying. One area that has been giving me grief today is creating a new goal for a website. I select the website in quest, select goals and 'create new goal' and then Zoho simply hangs for over 10 minutes. Setting up a multi level campaign

Modifying (cloning) a Journey
Hi guys, Another little bug. I have created a funnel called "Slaughter Supporter Welcome Letter" which is basically an email drip-feed program. I activated it, and then decided to modify some of the journey (I want to add emails, etc). I clicked EDIT on the active flow and was told that the flow would be cloned. I confirmed that. So far, so good. However, the cloning process dialog just stayed for about 30min. This morning (about 20 hours later) it appears that the cloning is still in process.

Workflow to Push a Campaigns Contact to MH List
I see every other sync option available but the most obvious one! I'm trying to setup a workflow within Campaigns to add a contact to a MH List when the click something. My problem is the MH List does not show up in the dropdown list. I'm putting this question here in MH forum because I'm trying to figure out how to automatically push a contact from Campaigns to MH. Defining a workflow
I am well versed in workflows in Zoho CRM and also ZohoFlow. So I was excited to see 'workflows' in MH. However, I cannot figure out how to CREATE a new workflow in MH. The only place where I see reference to workflow is in the Settings. However, there is no way to create a new workflow in this panel. Can I clone emails for a reminder series?
I would like to know if there is a way to clone the content when I create a reminder series. Maybe I am mistaken, but my experience with email campaigns is that I can send the exact same message as a follow up to people who did not open the first message where I just change the email subject. Is it possible to have an original message then clone it as reminders where I can just change the subject?

How to Start a Customer journey from a sale?

Multiple Trigger Issue
This is how I'm trying to have my journey work... 1. guests are signing up for a class that starts on May 1st. They are signing up with a form. 2. In the thank you email they are told to look for the next email to arrive on May 1st, 2019. When I attempt to add "date" element it gives me an error message that I can't have one trigger working with another trigger. My current trigger is the sign up form. Please help! :) Thank you
ZohoOne user - unable to use Journeys
Hi folks. I am LOVING the new MarketingHub! I started moving our mailchimp / zoho campaigns / zoho flows over. HOWEVER... after setting up a Journey in marketing hub, I am suddenly getting the error alert "You can avail this feautre by switching to a paid plan." I *am* correctly linked into my ZohoOne which from previous communication should give me access to the entire MarketingHub. Can you please confirm that all MarketingHub features are included with ZohoOne accounts (500 leads + 500 per employee).
Settings --> Subscription says Dormat
Hi, Marketing Hub looks great and I've connected via Zoho One. Under Settings --> Subscription the plan says Dormant and I can't get my website to activate. It was working OK over the weekend but today it says the website is Inactive (under web assistant). When I click activate it reverts back to Inactive. Any ideas? Many thanks. Jon
