Horrible Connectivity!
I have used Meetings several times, but most of the time the connection is horrible. The video freezes, the audio freezes, and we end up cancelling the meeting. I am on a high speed internet connection, and Zoom works fine, so I know it's not a problem
Bad Sound Quality
I ran my first meeting on Zoho with 7 people connected in. Users said the sound quality was terrible. I've read some other posts here about the same issue. Is this something that has already been fixed or is in the works? I see other users switched to Zoom, any feedback on that?

No keyboard shortcut for mute or unmute?
I would not use Zoho Meeting until there is a way of muting from the keyboard, which I do dozens of times per hour of meeting. Also, the voice confirmation for mute and unmute sounds awful and would be very annoying if frequently muting/unmuting.

meeting never starts
Can't get meetings to work at all. Desktop software starts, login works, even get meetings works. But when I start a meeting, the widget just sits there saying, "Connecting." I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted browsers, signed out, signed in and restarted computer all to no avail. When will Zoho calendar allow us to see who belongs to a group when scheduling
Now when adding an org group to an invite I can't see which people belong to the group which makes it difficult to understand if I got the right people in the group. Not to mention that I can't even see the availability of people in the group either.
Time Zone for international meeting participants
I recently had an online meeting with participants on three different continents. I scheduled the meeting for 6 AM. However 6 AM was 12 noon for most of the participants, but their meeting invites all said 6 AM regardless of their time zone. This caused a lot of confusion. How do I get the invitations to adjust to each invitees individual time zone? If I schedule a meeting for 6AM NY time, an attendee in London should get an invite for 12:00, a user in Hong Kong 6PM etc.

Meeting desktop app not properly installed
Win10: I have downloaded Zoho Meeting and installed it, but when I install it it's not in my start menu, nor a shortcut on my desktop. I have searched C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86) for "Zoho", but couldn't find any traces of it. If I run the MeetingSetup.msi and choose Repair, it will run and open the meeting app. How can I properly install this app?

Attendee List not working
When people join the meeting they do not appear in the attendee list nor do I get any indicator or sound that anyone has arrived. I know people are in this meeting because I am talking with them but I have no idea who is in this meeting. This needs to be resolved to ensure that you are in a secure environment.. How would you know if others are in the meeting listening.

Cannot Launch Desktop App - Not able to process request at this time.
The app launched okay for a week or so but has stopped launching a few days ago. I have checked that there is no background process running that may be impeding this and found nothing in the task manager. I also restarted my computer which did not help.

We bought Zoho Workspace Professional license and as part of the license Zoho Meeting is included. But when we go to Zoho meetings page it is asking us to upgrade?!!! Why is that.

Zoho Meeting Desktop App Installation
Hello, one of my users is trying to install the Zoho Meeting Desktop app on to his laptop, but when he tries it says that it cannot proceed as another installation is taking place. High-resolution logo looks pixelated
I have uploaded my logo to Meeting but, when it appears on the embedded registration page or on emails, it is badly pixelated. It looks very uinprofessional. I have tried uplaoding a 96dpi and 300dpi version of my logo. The result is the same. I have inlcuded a screenshot of the way the logo is presented. Is there any way to cure this problem? Zoho Meeting Desktop App is deemed unsure by Google login and will not start
As the above, when I try to login to Zoho through the desktop Zoho Meeting app, using my Google account (which is the only way I access Zoho at all), I get this message: This browser or app may not be secure. Learn more Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in. Google has deprecated "unsecure" logins as of December, did Zoho Meetings desktop app fall prey to that as well?
No video on the Chrome browser after the update
After the update on the weekend I cant see the participants video on the Meeting, all we can see are black boxes instead of their video. Please fix. Manuel
Can I Dial the Phone directly from an iMac?
I use ACT and I like the feature that dials from the computer. Will your software dial from an iMac? If so what type of phone system do I need? I have an Ethernet cat5 line, firewire and usb ports available
