Hi, I designed a survey and I´m working with the Ranking option. I have my graph and results table and I need interpret my results, I want to know what is the mean of SCORE? : example SCORE RANK RESPONSE COUNT, 4.09 1 54 3.07 2 54 2.83 3 54 2.8 4 54 2.2 5 54 What does the score column? What custom variable will check a checkbox back in CRM?
I want to "invisibly" pass a custom variable from URL generated in Zoho CRM with a specific custom variable, to Zoho Survey, and then when the Survey gets submitted, I want a checkbox to be checked in the CRMHow would I form the custom variable to do so? I have no problem doing the above with actual text (passing the word "yes" from Zoho CRM, invisibly to Survey, and then back into Zoho CRM to update a field with the word "yes").....but I want to know how to check a checkbox in the CRM, not add
Integrating responses to a ZOHO survey into a potential in ZOHO CRM
The satisfaction survey I've created can be sent via ZOHO campaigns to Contacts that have a Won potential against them. So far so good. The next step is to integrate the responses to the questions back into ZOHO CRM. Here I can see that mandatory fields set up in ZOHO CRM Potentials filter through - so that I'm asked to select a corresponding question. See screen shot below. Naturally the potential name, stage etc., shouldn't be overwritten with the answer to a question in the survey. I do not want

I'm doing the survey and CRM integration so that when the customer sends the survey, some fields are updated I have in my Invoice module. That should take the CRM field to be updated? Hi, I'd like to generate a report for each individual respondent that has additional explanatory text referring to some of the scores collected in the survey from each respondent, and the text dependent on the respondent's score. e.g. A mean score across four questions of >4 indicates "a high degree of madness" but a score below indicates "a high degree of sanity" I'd also like to suppress some respondent answers/responses in the report. Hi There, I purchased ZoHo Survey and am trying to post a survey on my company Facebook page and, even though I have unchecked the ZOHO branding choice in the footer of my survey an absolutely HUGE ZOHO logo and branding slogan keeps showing up. I wouldn't mind having it there, if it were a normal size, even though as a paying customer I don;t believe I should be forced to advertise for your company (not a good thing!) but these things are IMMENSE!!! How do I get that to stop appearing?

Is there any way to use auto-fill with a multiple choice question? Or is it possible to use question logic based on accustom variable (from advance survey settings) ? I am wondering if it is possible to have multiple people access Zoho Survey and create multiple surveys within their Zoho accounts through the standard or premium edition. Hi, We are going out to customers to get some product and service feedback, I would like the results to integrate nicely into Zoho CRM. So I want my customer service person to have access to Survey Premium edition so that she can manage the survey and check its appeared correctly within CRM. Top logo missing on Survey End Page
Hi, I am testing Zoho Survey before buying and the survey I created is on https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/1KCNxy. Eveything goes fine and it arrives to "Survey End Page " that I created. There is "M_APP Mobile Learning App" logo on survey page but it is missing on Survey End Page. There is only "Pilot Evaluation Form" text and it is incomplete without logo. How can I make the logo appear also on the Survey End Page? Thanks for your help
Embed survey links in campaigns email templates but need a contact ID
I need to embed a custom survey link in my outgoing email marketing campaigns footers.all footers. These have several custom variables to identify the user, and I'm using merge tags there which is fine for them but in order to pull these responses back to the crm record I need a merge tag for the contact_ID and this is not an option in campaigns. Please advise on how I could achiecve this?

Hello Everyone, Is a way to generate a report so I can see all the original multiple choice and lichter scale labels? Right now I am just seeing a "1" or in some cases a check mark. I can work around it, but would rather see what the survey taker was seeing when they answered. Thank you

We run events that we are going to start doing surveys for at the end of each one. I see that individual responses can and will be linked to the individual respondent's page in the crm, which is great. However, we have created a CRM record for each individual event as well, so is there a way to embed the complete results as a report in a record and not just all the individual responses? Thank you

Can multiple Zoho surveys be easily exported into one report?
