Bug in styles
When using '<>' tags in text (for place holders as an example) and selecting a new style or Bold for example, the text get erased...
when I export a doc, where does it go?
I hit export, I get a new screen, allow the download, and I see my document on the new screen, which, by the way, has no toolbars on it. So where did the document get downloaded to?
find and replace option
find and replace next is working ......... for more times... but replace all option is working once only....... it is not working continuously..... kpjag
auto saved is not working
when open my old doc and made some changes and again wait for few minitues and logged out. After some time i open the same doc... the changes should not made..... old doc is available..... kpjag

Server trouble today?
Several times this morning Zoho Writer has notified me that it is unable to save my current document because it can't contact the server. Once it was at home and I thought it could be a problem with my Internet connection. However, it is still doing it while I'm at work and I am not having any trouble accessing anything else on the Internet.
Zoho Single Sign-on is now live
We have just launched the Zoho Single Sign-on. With this, you can login to one of the Zoho's services & have access other Zoho services. More on the topic in this blog post.
Issues with DocRoll !
1. Doc Roll is not working now. Showing only empty list. 2. Earlier (before SSO update), it was showing the wrong links to the documents.

On checking the check-box "Post in Zoho Writer Forums" in the feedback form, doesn't post the feedback into the forums. Also, feedback page is redirected to http://forums.adventnet.com and not to http://forums.zoho.com
how to create a new paragraph
hi, when i hit 'enter', a get a new line, that's fine. But how do i get a new paragraph, so that sb.else could work on the paragraph before? e.g. i write "testtext" and then hit enter and write "secont testtext" what should I do so that my college can edit "testtext" i hope you are understanding me thanks flooo
insert to share doc privatley
if i enter the mailid for five times. then the mail id is also wrong.when i am see again in the share doc info mail id is loaded.... how can i delete the mail id ... there is only two buttons add & close. how i should remove the mailid from insert email id kpjag
Spacing -- Yes, I tried that
When I'm typing a continuous paragraph, the spacing button works fine. However, when I hit [return] (e.g., when typing an address heading) it places a [p][p/] tag between the lines making the spacing double. This is particularly frustrating when I'm trying to type up a letter. Any ideas? Michael Stewart

Ever since the upgrade I have been unable to log into Zoho Writer. All I get is invalid Certicates errors. I'm using MSNTV2, and Zoho Writer worked intell the upgrade.
Document does nur resize after maximizing
Hi! Opening ZohoWriter in a browser "free-flying" on my desktop and afterwards maximizing the browser , the previously opened document does not scale correctly (see attached image). Is there a trick how to maximize the document to use the entire available desktop space (in the browser window)? Many thanks in advance!
Writer does not open documents after autosafe
I use WinXP Pro SP2 on Firefox 1.5.0.7 with javascript enabled. When trying to reload a document which has been auto-saved before I just see a "Loading...", nothing else happens opening other documents works fine.
too easy to erase stuff
I just deleted an entire document by accident when I selected a small section of text and click on the delete button up near the dashboard area to the left. I thought I was deleting a small section of text, but instead deleted the whole doc. Please insert some kind of pop up warning that says, "ARe you sure you want to delete the whole document?" I was able to retrieve the doc from the trash -- I think. pmohallora

What is the primer problem of Ajex Applications that copy established desktop programms? If the are a mere copy their is no reason for the user to change to the Ajex Application. Hi, I am Claribel. I am using this ZOHO Writer for quite sometime for teaching English especially preparing questions for AU Kids. Why is that, I cannot create another folder in my account. I was told that I can access ZOHO Writer from anywhere,I wanted to store other documents also in a separate folder in the same account. I cannot create another account for this purpose. Unable to post to Typepad

At first I was having trouble posting to Blogger and then you made the Hope it works link that I used and it worked. Some rpi blogger address or something. Now I cannot get it to work any longer. Pressing Ctrl-Z takes cursor to the beginning of the documen
If I use the Ctrl-Z key combination to undo any changes in the active document, the last change is undone, BUT the cursor jumps to the beginning of the document. I tried using the Undo button on the toolbar. On the first click nothing happens and on the second click, the last change is undone and the cursor again jumps to the beginning of the document. I am using Maxthon browser in Win XP SP2. sreejat

If a user is share enabled on one document, it appears that he can see all the other documents that he is not shared on. Is that normal? jdcusi
Inserting comments or notes
Is there surrently a way to insert comments or notes in a Zoho document? I have a small committee working on notes in a document, and we cna't figure out how to add hypertext or footnotes.

Paragraph vs. line breaks
Whenever I hit the Enter key for a hard return, I get about a line-and-a-half to a full two lines worth of space. It appears the reason for this is that it is entering a paragraph break tag (p) instead of a line break tag (br). Is there any way to set Zohowriter so that it recognizes a hard return as a line break instead of a paragraph break?
Zohowriter does not open

"Post to Blog" strips all fonts?
Ohhh I really find "Post to Blog" in Zoho Writer handy! Very useful, now that some bugs that were previously plaguing me have been solved�and I'd like to say thankyou to aravind for his quick attention! I have a new problem, however: I was using Post to Blog to post to my blog (http://torley.com) and it removes all font settings. For example, if I have a selection of text that's in Verdana, it removes it. It does the same thing with font sizes, it appears. Styles like bold and underlinke are kept.
