Duplicated tickets when responding to another ticket
Hi, I've recently created two new departments, each one dedicated to a customer (according to our support scheme) and with its own mail. Tickets are send by mail to a mailbox address in G Suite and then redirected to Zoho Desk's addresses, and they're normally created, but the issue comes when the agent sends a response to the ticket and the customer replies again. When this interaction establishes, new tickets are created with the customer's response instead of attaching it to the original ticket.

How to assign a task to the CRM contact owner in Zoho Campaigns automation section?
We have an email campaign set up for a bunch of contacts and each contact is assigned an owner in the CRM through a field. We want to set up a workflow in campaigns that creates a task to notifying that owner to call the contact after a link in the email is clicked. However when setting up the workflow I can't find a way to assign the task based on the contact owner - I can only select a specific user to receive the task. Reports missing data
Anyone else having issue in ZohoOne CRM where reports not showing all data? various reports we run such as email report or notes report that we create in which only some of the emails for the data range appear on the report. I can go into accounts or leads and see emails and notes are in zoho but not appearing when I run a report.
