• ISSUE: Notifications either not coming through at all, or sporadically at best

  Cliq worked well when we first started using it, but now the notifications have become a major problem. I now have to keep my desktop app closed 95% of the time and continually check the iPhone app to see if new messages have arrived. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme no reason as to when notifications do come through. As such, there is no way for us to know when team members are reaching out.
