ZOHO PHP SDK: invalid oauth scope for GET Records

Workflow rules not triggering
When I choose the second option of a workflow rule to "trigger when a record is created or edited" the rule does not trigger after the record is edited. I have tested and it works fine when I choose to "trigger when a record is created" (the first option).
