Would someone kindly point me in the right direction.

I have removed my old Outlook PST File and the contacts that were in there. I have installed Outlook 365 and have a local copy. Installed the Zoho Plugin for Outlook.

Tried to sync Zoho with my new Outlook to retrieve all the contacts but the Sync is saying there is nothing to sync.

Please advise how I get the Zoho CRM Contacts to populate my new Outlook Contact folder.
