Kind of like 4.0 but wow you made a lot of sweeping changes.  Like a different world out there.  Overall too much User control as many have said.  Branding is branding - each user should not be able to set their own themes - or am I missing something?

BUT TO THE POINT...

Understand, having read the Forum (please note that your new prospects won't go that deep), that the goal is to allow Users to choose what email notifications they want.  OK, kind of get that, maybe.

But why is it not possible to FORCE an email notification?  In 3.0 that was the perfect way of REMINDING Users with a little 'Any status update?' note that you emailed to them.  Again I may be missing something so any Help would be appreciated.
