However, I could not find half day option under Holiday Calendar>Calendar Settings. Support team provided an option of creating a Mon-Fri full day shift followed by a Sat half day shift and then assign both the shift to employees every week. This is not practically feasible. Moreover, it will still reduce a full day if leave if applied on Saturday. I am looking for a 1 time setup to achieve this. 5.5 days/week working is a very common scenario in India.
