Guys, yo used to have 25 free users limit and allow to use IMAP in free account and I was pretty much happy with the service despite occasional IMAP and SMTP denial of service. I have just wasted an hour to setup a new account for a small startup only to find out that I can not add now more than 5 users and no IMAP? Are you serious crippling email hosting service to that level. With the same result you may just as well completely remove free plan altogether? We just opened a small business and from day one we have 6 users, so your 5 limit immediately kills the deal. And IMAP, don't get me started. Who on Earth goes to you webmail to check for mails? You cut the ability to hook up Zoho mail to any mobile/desktop mail client with this limitation, which is crucial. Man, I'm so disappointed. Deleted all created email users and removed my domain. Will be moving to Yandex or any other email host that does not have these idiotic limitations. I don't know how are you planning to promote your service and attract new users nowadays, there are so many other options on the market.
