We would like to request an enhancement in Zoho Social regarding the management of already published youtube videos.

Currently, after publishing a youtube video through Zoho Social, there is no option to change its visibility settings (e.g., Public ↔ Unlisted ↔ Private) from within Zoho Social. This limitation requires us to manually sign into youtube platform  to update the video’s visibility, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

Use Case:

We often need to modify the visibility of previously published videos based on evolving campaigns or distribution strategies.

For example:

Changing a previously public video to unlisted

Making an unlisted or private video public at a later date

Restricting visibility temporarily without deleting the video

Enable users to update video visibility settings directly from Zoho Social even after the video has been posted.

We strongly believe this capability will improve workflow efficiency and give users greater flexibility in managing their video content.
