Accessing Zoho Creator records from within Zoho CRM

I created an app in Zoho creator and added some records to it. Then from within Zoho CRM, I'm trying to access those records that I created in Zoho creator.

I get this error.

2892 - "Specified application name is not valid.Provide a correct one."

I have double checked the application name and it is as specified in the Zoho creator.

What is happening here?
