Account of 8 years set on Auto-Renew suddenly CANCELLED & DELETED.

Email alerts sent said the credit card information needed updating; however, I contacted their support a year and half ago (December 9, 2022) and they assured me the credit card was updated. Further, the registered credit card (stilled displayed in account information) for payment clealry indicates the credit card information is updated and current - it has simply been made inactive on their system (for what ever reason).

Contacteded support (sites-purchase@zohocorp.com, ales@zohocorp.com,payments@zohocorp.com) over 8 hours ago, still no response...

(I fully expect a response that does not undo this wrong doing starting with something like "I so sorry....")
