I wanted to request 2 things which will make MASSIVE difference in automation.  

1. Call feature -  please add this feature to the workflow feature. I see that in setting up workflows, we can add tasks, convert leads, add webhooks, add tags, etc. But we can't add a call or event. We have to go through custom function for this and it doesn't make sense. Calls and events and tasks are what run crms, but youve only automated one! that's a joke, right??

2. Duplication across module. OMG Crm Team there are soooo many ways you can save time by allowing duplication accross modules.  What I mean is if you are creating a template and that template applies to contacts, but you already have a template set up inleads, you have to have 2 tabs open an copy and past contents from the leads template to the contacts template. this also goes for custom fuctions, email notification, field upddate, adding leads, blueprint, workflows. when you have a rather complex or long workflow going, how RIDICULOUS IS IT TO HAVE TO DO THE SET UP ALL OVER AGAIN FOR ANOTHER MODULE??????

3. Please allow duplication of blueprint!!!! I set up a blue print for one type of clients, but it took MONTHS bc my sales process was till nascent and not put together yet. so having to establish a process, then document it, then create it in blueprint was nightmare. Now most of it is figured out, thank god, but I still need to create that process for another type of client. the idea of having to start from scratch really makes me resent zoho. I get the sense your commitmnet to automation is rather flaky when you continue to preclude options that make poples lives easier.if the system was built to have only ONE BLUEPRINT PER MODULE the no duplication thing might make more sense, but we are allowed to have multiple BPs per module, so I'm utterly baffled why you expect customers to create FROM SCRATCH each blueprint. if I were the creator of this application, I never would have release ANY version that includes no duplication of blueprint or anything that can be duplicated for that matter. That is quite literally one of the EASIEST ways to automate things, but zoho has countless places where duplication isn't applied where needed. WHY ZOHO, WHY? WHY? WHY?
