I have a doubt in zoho crm and zoho create.

In the zoho create, we can create an application (form) with dynamically addable fields, like with subforms. I want to know can we do the same in the case of zoho crm lead/contact forms ? 

Can we add a 'add new' button in crm forms for lead or contact so that the end user can add many (eg. phone numbers) as per their wish ? 

And if the above problem can be achieved, I have 5 fields (like a table formart or subform in zoho create) which should be in one row and one 'add new' button for that. Can we dynamically add rows like these on clicking the 'add new' ? 

Is there any way to solve this ?
