Anchors not working on website

Hello! I had links to anchors set up on my website and they stopped working. I tried removing the links and then re-adding the links and they didn't work. When I click on the links to the anchors in the published website, nothing happens. I'm using the same process to create these links as I always do so I'm not sure what's wrong.
