Hi Support,

 

We have just purchased Zoho Assist and we are wondering when we will be able to remotely support Android devices with a Zoho Assist App? We have tested this with an Android device but it gives a Java error.  As we are a school it would be very helpful for us to remote support all the pupils devices that are Android without running to every classroom.
