Archiving a Forum Topic

Is there anyway to archive a forum topic? I have a topic for each of the benchmarks on my project. We just completed one and I do not want people to post to that forum any longer. I don't want to delete it because I want to keep the record, but I want it to disappear so that it can no longer be accessed by the employees on the project. Is there a way to do this?
