Not sure if this should be a Zoho Desk topic or Assist but.....

Whilst you can edit the email templates that go out to customers from Desk, when you initiate a remote session from within Desk, there is no way to customize that email.  I would like to be able to customize that email.   90% of my remote invites are sent via Desk.
