Associate email (gmail) to potential

I cannot see Gmail sent emails in their respexctive potentials. Spent hours configuring and re configuring Zoho mail Add on + making testes: no way!

All mails sent from Gmail are visible under the Zoho mail icon... but not in their corresponding potential.

HELP!
