Attach my Zoho mail to Contacts?

Attach my Zoho mail to Contacts?

I configured a new POP3 account with my zoho mail.  I imported 30 days of emails into my zoho mail.  I have and used to manually attach with plug-in for outlook.  How can I export emails that match contacts (outlook, zoho mail); to contacts email history in my CRM?  I don't want to import and Zoho make a contact for each email.
