Attachments for "Write" note type

I have many notes that include attachments. But:
  1. I can't write text when I choose "Attach" note type.
  2. I can't attach files when I choose "Write" note type. 
  3. I can't attach multiple files when I choose "Attach" note type.
  4. I can't include/link/connect note(s) inside other notes
Any of these 4 ways, inf implemented, would be great (I prefer the 2nd one. Which is: to let us attach multiple files to the "Write" note type. This way we can write our notes and attach files, to make those files easily downloadable at the end of the note)
