Hi Team,

This is a critical requirement for a client who has more than 180 users. Most of them are using Zoho CRM Mobile app.

The issue is as follows :

1) Changes made in the CRM Web version is not reflecting in Zoho CRM Mobile app. How we can restrict the user to use older version and mandate the user whenever there is a change or improvements to the CRM.

2) Client scripts are not working as defined in mobile apps.

Improvement Needed :

1) Need to mandate the user to resync the CRM mobile app before using.
