Automated Email Workflow based on no responses
I'm trying to set up the following situation. We have inbound leads. I'd like to have an email sent automatically after we (manually) add the lead to Zoho CRM. Then if that email is not responded to, I'd like to automatically send a follow up email in 3 days. And again, if no response, I'd like to send one more email 4 days after that. IF we get a response at any point though, I'd like to automatically stop the workflow.
