I've created a custom Zoho App for use in CRM.  I've built the form and added this as a related list in the Leads module.  However when adding a new record in this list, I need to manually specify the field property that relates the list between the Leads and my custom app.

Is there a way for this to automatically happen so that my users don't need to copy/paste the lead ID?
