We use RingCentral and we are very happy that it is now integrated with Zoho.  That being said, we need to be able to automatically download each call into the Zoho lead.  We run an outbound call center, and we can listen to the calls on RingCentral, but they only stay in the system for 60 days; after that they are automatically deleted.  If anyone knows of a way to do this, that would be greatly appreciated!!
