automatically generate a ticket

We currently have some php code that pulls info from zoho crm to display on another website.

We are struggling with this 7 day limit on api tickets. Am I understanding it correctly that there is no way to automatically generate an api ticket? do we manually have to do this every 7 days and then change the code on our php script? This tool is a long term integration and I am looking for a hands off method of consistently pulling this data.
