Avaya application server R220 (unified communication server)

Hi,
  We would like the integrate Zoho CRM with the Avaya PBX at our location. The vendor architecture shows that they are installing an Avaya application server- R220 (unified communication server- voicemail pro, contact recorder and webRTC gateway)

Will that work with Phonebridge or is there something else I need to ask them to install?
