Best/Cheap Telephony integration in ZohoCRM? (United States)

For customers who have telephony integrated into their ZohoCRM, can you recommend a telephony company to our small 3-person US-based company?

Is there a company that ZohoCRM is designed to work best with? One that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to use or require specific hardware to use?

Things we'd like the service to do:
  1. Call out and receive calls in ZohoCRM
  2. Log Calls in ZohoCRM
  3. track Calls in ZohoCRM 
  4. Send SMS messages from a computer
  5. integrate with mobile phones if possible (Optional)
Above all, we need or want the cheapest option that does all these. Any ideas?

PS. I am already aware of the telephony list https://www.zoho.com/telephony/provider-lists.html. I'm looking for personal recommendations. Thx!
