Calendars and CRM Contacts

I'm finding having multiple calendars in Zoho One so confusing. I have a few questions so I can get this straight. 
  1. We have a meeting room that we have set up as a resource in Calendar. Can this be set up in Bookings and the CRM Calendar? 
  1. Using Zoho Calendar, it would be great to search attendees by name and see our  CRM contacts. Is this possible? We have CRM synced. 
  2. It seems that not one calendar does everything we need. We need links to share for various appointments (available in CRM and Bookings, not Calendar), some meetings will be available online and require payment (available in Bookings Only), we need our meeting room available as a resource and to be able to view it's availability (Calendar only by the look of it, can't see how Bookings would sync in!), search CRM contacts in attendees/participant field (CRM & Bookings, not Calendar)
